We went here for a 8ppl gathering for a birthday! They sat us upstairs at a very roomy table and was super accommodating and you can tell it's quite upscale compared to the other Korean bbq places in ktown. A friend also says this trumps NUBIANI which I thought wow! It must be super good. We ordered the sets with the silken tofu soup which was SUPER spicy but so flavorful and good. We also had the cold noodles which were spicy and super sweet ( a little too sweet for me but I know it's standard for Korean to be sweet ) and the busan neighborhood pancake was crispy and unique, and the jap Che was okay. All the meats were extremely high quality and really tasty along with all the banchan which they generously gave us more! I was definitely full and happy by the end of the meal and the cocktails were super tasty as well. I had the W.A.P and I love that it's spirit forward but still fruity with the pomegranate, and the angry tangerine was definitely my favorite as it was super flavorful and yummy. Although the staff knew that the desserts aren't as friendly to place a happy birthday candle on, they tried their best and the Asian pear sorbet was definitely super yummy along with the other mochi ice creams. They're very lightly sweet and was perfect to wash down all that heavy meat with. This a great place to celebrate something like a birthday or an anniversary. I definitely want to come back and try all the other cocktails and some other soups they have to match with their bbq set!

In love. I am in love with yoon. I have been both of my new york visits. Everything is wonderful. This time I had the sirloin bugogli. The marinade is perfect. Sweet, tangy. A slight zest with some spice. But, it does not overpower the sirloin which is great. Sliced paper thin it is chewy, fatty, delicious. Thanks to the recommendation from my server, I spooned the broth into the rice and it was magical. Their sides are amazing as well. My favorites are the pickled jalapeños and the fish skins. Both have me in a chokehold. The space is also beautiful. Plenty of space between diners, but still lively and jumping. Definitely one of my favorite restaurants. So unbelievable.

A friend made reservations to eat here, none of us had been here before but had heard good things. Our server was very attentive, did a great job grilling the meat, and had good banter with us. We had the beef tartare, crispy potato pancake, marinated short rib, dry aged ribeye, and cold noodle. Every dish was well flavored, with good textures and flavor combinations. As a group of 5, we also tried different drinks on the menu: which were a refreshing blend of flavors. The interior decoration sets a chill but elevated dining vibe. Definitely worth the splurge
